I am trained in a variety of modalities including Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Sports Massage (Pre/Post events for Professional/Competitive & Recreational). Each session begins with a Consultation and is conducted based off the needs of the client (Sessions can be modified to accommadate the directions of an Athletic trainer/Doctor).
